Patituce & Associates, LLC is seeking an associate attorney. The position will primarily focus on criminal defense matters, but may also include some domestic relations matters. The main office is located in North Olmsted, Ohio, but attorneys routinely handle hearings throughout the northern half of Ohio. Candidates must have reliable daily transportation and be willing to drive throughout northern Ohio for hearings. Candidates must be assertive with a strong desire to be in a courtroom on a daily basis. Individuals must be comfortable communicating in-person, by phone, and in writing with clients, coworkers, courts, and opposing counsel. Candidates must be comfortable working in a team setting. The position will require extensive research and writing. Candidates must be able to efficiently review evidence, communicate with clients, research a variety of legal issues, and draft a range of legal documents. Candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio with a preference for those with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in criminal litigation. Candidates without experience may be considered in light of other relevant credentials. Interested candidates should submit their resume with a cover letter including salary and benefit demands.
