The Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers nominating committee announces the following slate of candidates for the 2026 year:
President-elect – Beau Cross, Caldwell, OH
Secretary – Madison Mackay, Columbus, OH
Treasurer – Kate Pruchnicki, Rocky River
Current President-elect, Ashley Jones (Cleveland), will assume the role of President on January 1, 2026.
This is the slate of officers that will be presented at the Annual meeting. However, any member in good standing may nominate a member qualified for elected office. Any member of the Board of Directors in good standing may be nominated to an office by petition. Such petition shall include the following:
The name of the member being nominated; the name of the office to which the person is being nominated, and signatures in support of the nomination of 25 members in good standing.
Written nominations shall be submitted and received by the Executive Director on or before October 9, 2025.
