Membership Categories
Membership is open to all attorneys of good standing, or their associated employees, who practice or have an interest in criminal defense. Membership categories have been developed to meet the needs of all criminal defense practitioners.
Regular Member
Entitled to all OACDL benefits
Staff Public Defender or Member of the Bar for less than two (2) years - $75.00
Regular Membership - $225.00
Special Membership
Includes recognition as such and membership on the Board of Directors.
Board of Director - $375.00
President's Club - $500.00
Life Member - $5,000.00
Associate Member
For allied professionals in the criminal justice system, including: legal secretaries, paralegals, investigators, social workers, expert witnesses. No office-holding or voting privileges.
Associate Member Dues - $35.00
Student Membership
Available for law students enrolled in an accredited School of Law.
Student members are not given access to the listserv.
Law Student Member Dues - $20.00/year or $50.00/3 years
